We specialise in industrial spray painting and powder coating, and every process is carried out in-house at our Perai facility.

Pre-treatment: clear chromate and zinc phosphate. Coating: powder coating and wet painting. Finishing: sanding, deburring, polishing, and patching and putty. We coat metal, electronic and automotive parts. Typical examples in our parts gallery are housings, cover plates, heat sinks, brackets and display bezels, including die-cast, machined and sheet metal parts.

The enquiry form lists aluminium, steel and plastic as materials, with an Other / not sure option. We review your parts, material, colour and finish, may ask you a few questions, and then send you a quotation. The form opens your email app with the enquiry ready to send, so attach any drawings or photos there.

Please include: a photo or drawing of the part, the part name and material, the approximate quantity, the service you need (powder coating, wet painting, pre-treatment, printing or finishing), the colour or a colour reference, the finish you want (for example matt or gloss), and the date you need the parts by.

You can specify the colour and finish you need, for both powder coating and wet painting. Send a colour reference or a sample with your enquiry and we will discuss what is possible.

We use powder and paint from established suppliers, including Nippon Paint, AkzoNobel, Jotun, PCI, Meridian Paint, Oxyplast and Durachem. See the full supplier list. For finish levels and how to specify a colour, see finishes and colours.

We offer matt, gloss, textured and metallic finishes. Tell us the finish and colour you need and we will confirm what is available for your part. See finishes and colours.

There are no fixed figures. Both depend on the part, the pre-treatment and coating it needs, the finish and the quantity.
