How parts move through our spraying floor.
1. Masking
Areas that must not be painted are masked first.
2. Spray painting
Parts are then spray painted, by powder coating or wet painting.
3. Inspection and packaging
Finished parts are inspected and then packed.
Production lines
Pre-treatment, powder coating and wet painting lines.
Testing laboratory
Our laboratory checks chemical concentration to make sure the process chemicals meet the defined standard solution.
Printing machines and ovens
Silkscreen and tampo printing machines, with conveyor ovens.
Quality control equipment
Instruments we use to check colour, gloss, coating thickness, adhesion, abrasion, dimensions and temperature.

On-site wastewater treatment
Our facility has its own wastewater treatment plant, so process water is treated on site.
