Powder coating produces a tough, even, long-lasting finish and is widely used for industrial and automotive components.
At our Perai facility, parts are pre-treated, powder coated in our spray booths on a conveyor line, and cured in an oven. We match the colour and finish to your specification. Both autoline and manual powder coating are available.

How powder coating works
Three stages, all at our Perai facility.
Pre-treatment
Parts are cleaned and prepared on our chromate or zinc phosphate line.
Powder application
Dry powder is sprayed onto the part in a booth and clings to it by electrostatic charge.
Oven curing
The coated part goes through a conveyor oven, where the powder melts and cures into a hard, even film.
Parts need to withstand the oven temperature. If you are not sure that yours can, ask us.
Autoline and manual powder coating
Both are available.

Parts are sprayed on the automatic line.
Manual
Parts are sprayed by hand in a spray booth.
