About Standard Coating (M) Sdn Bhd

Established in 1992
Standard Coating (M) Sdn Bhd was established in 1992 and has been serving Malaysian manufacturers for more than thirty years. We specialise in industrial spray painting and powder coating, and our facility is in Kawasan Perusahaan Perai, Penang.
We coat a wide range of industrial parts, including metal, electronic and automotive components. Our customers are manufacturers in the automotive, electronics and engineering industries. They bring us parts such as housings, cover plates, heat sinks, brackets and display bezels, and rely on us for a finish that looks right and holds up in use.
Our facility has dedicated lines for each stage of the work: a zinc phosphate auto line for pre-treatment, a powder coating line, and a wet paint line, supported by conveyor ovens. We use paints from established suppliers, and we match the colour and finish to your specification.
Our professional team is committed to delivering high-quality results to every valued customer. We aim to get each job right the first time, which protects the quality of your parts and reduces rework, chemicals, water and energy use.

Wastewater treatment
Our facility has its own on-site wastewater treatment plant. The system includes treatment tanks, a pH adjustment tank, a filter press, and carbon and sand filters.
It supports our commitment to preventing pollution and complying with applicable environmental laws and regulations.
